Ceremony Site & Set Up
We will be having the ceremony at the Gran Caribe gazebo at 5:00pm on June 18, 2011. We will be decorating the gazebo with white fabric, flowers, and chair sashes. More detailed info to follow.......

Sand Ceremony
This is the sand ceremony kit I ordered off of Makingmemories.com. I got a discount code for 20% off, so I bought quite a few things at one time. I am still figuring out what do to with the 3rd pound of sand that we will need to fill the jar? There are only two of us??
Program Fans
I like the idea of incorporating the program onto fans for the guests. Since our wedding will be during the summer months, I would imagine these would be helpful :)

Bottled Water with Custom Labels
These are the water bottle labels that FI designed on bottleyourbrand.com. We fit them to a water bottle from the Royal that we brought home from our site visit. They are a little big, but FI says he can make it work.
